Employee Referral Bonus Program
This program is designed to supplement Clique's normal recruiting activities with the intention of enhancing the pool of diverse and highly qualified candidates for regular non-exempt positions.
If you refer a person to Clique Technologies, you will receive Referral Fee for each Employee after he or she successfully completes 90 days of continuous employment with Clique Technologies. Referring employee will be eligible to receive a cash award of $500 for the successful referral.

Senior Software Engineer: Clique Technologies has multiple immediate openings in Dayton, OH. Design, develop and implement Software Applications. Review, evaluate and test client/server and Web Applications on both UNIX and Windows operating systems. Gather and evaluate user requirements and procedures. Perform fine tuning of applications, back-end procedures and triggers in Databases. Work with various technologies such as C++, EMC Documentum Suite (WDK, DCM, BPM, Web Publisher), Oracle and/or Java/J2EE, VB, XML, XSL, SQL, and MS SQL Server. Ability to work with application servers like Weblogic or Web Sphere and Tomcat. Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to interact with clients and train users for long and short term assignments. MS or its equivalent in CS or Engg(any) reqd.
